Precision BioSearch, a leading Executive Search partner to the biotechnology sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Dosanjh as its new Head of Research & Operations.

Natalie joins from Odgers Berndtson, a blue-chip executive search firm, where she spent over a decade in the Life Sciences practice. During her tenure, she supported both public and private companies with senior leadership appointments at the Board, C-suite, and functional levels. She brings a wealth of expertise across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors, having led executive search mandates across the UK, Europe, and the US. In addition, Natalie has a strong track record of partnering with scientific research institutes, academic institutions, and life sciences-focused charities. She holds a BSc in Pharmacology from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

Her appointment reflects Precision BioSearch’s commitment to further strengthening its capabilities in delivering world-class talent to cutting-edge R&D companies across the UK, Europe and the US.

In her role, Natalie will work closely with the leadership team to oversee the execution of international search assignments, driving innovation and efficiency in candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and internal processes to support Precision BioSearch in delivering an exemplary service to its clients.
