For almost two decades, Jemma has partnered with venture-backed start-ups, growth-stage biotechs, and global pharmaceutical organisations to appoint Board, C-suite, and senior functional leaders across therapeutic drug discovery and development.

Her work spans Europe and North America, supporting companies and their investors at critical inflection points including company formation, financing events, clinical development milestones, and commercial launches.

Jemma has a true passion for scientific research; she is a prize-winning graduate from the University of Sheffield and holds a First Class Honours degree in Biomedical Science.
