Precision BioSearch supports AdvanCell to appoint Justyna Kelly as CTO

Precision BioSearch is pleased to have supported AdvanCell, a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company developing innovative targeted alpha therapies for cancer, with the appointment of Justyna Kelly as Chief Technology Officer.
Justyna brings 16 years of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and operations experience, having led the development, scale-up and commercialisation of clinical and commercial-stage radiopharmaceutical programmes. At AdvanCell she will lead the company’s global technical operations strategy, spanning CMC, GMP production and clinical supply, the global manufacturing network, supply chain, and preparation for commercial readiness. At the company’s new flagship manufacturing centre in Greater Boston, she will lead efforts to strengthen US manufacturing capabilities in support of the next phase of ADVC001’s development.
Prior to joining AdvanCell, Justyna served as Vice President and Site Head of Eli Lilly and Company’s Indianapolis radioligand therapy manufacturing site, where she led the site’s transition into fully integrated commercial manufacturing operations following Lilly’s acquisition of POINT Biopharma. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer at POINT Biopharma, where she played a key role in scaling the organisation and advancing manufacturing and commercialisation capabilities for late-stage radiopharmaceutical programmes. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Chief Executive Officer, at the Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization (CPDC), leading operational transformation initiatives and radiopharmaceutical development programmes from early development through GMP clinical manufacturing. She also holds an MSc in Biochemistry from McMaster University.
