Precision BioSearch Co-founder, Malcolm Silander, will deliver a half-day seminar to 14 Founders of the UK’s most exciting early-stage biotech companies as part of the Pioneer Group Launch Accelerator programme.

The innovative programme is for start-ups, spin-outs and scale-ups, coaching entrepreneurialism at every stage, from idea to exit. The session being held on Thursday 9^th November 2023 will be run in partnership with Toby Reid, Executive Director of Pioneer Group. With a focus on Leadership & Culture, the session is designed to encourage Launch participants to think about the type of organization they will run, how this will feel for new employees and how the business will attract and retain key staff. This is at the heart of what makes a successful business, with an inclusive and positive culture.
