Jemma has over 16 years’ experience in Executive Search focused exclusively within the field of therapeutic drug discovery and development.
She has supported hires at senior functional, C-suite and Board level, in addition to leading large-scale medical & commercial team builds ahead of new product launches.
She advises companies internationally, ranging from venture-backed start-ups through to publicly-listed multinationals.
Jemma has a true passion for scientific research; she is a prize-winning graduate from the University of Sheffield and holds a First Class Honours degree in Biomedical Science.

Malcolm has dedicated his professional career to identifying pioneering talent within the Life Science sector.
He has been responsible for scaling three recruitment organisations across the EU and North America, supporting hundreds of drug discovery and development companies.
He partners with investors in assessing and building their management teams, is an Advisor to the University of Westminster School of Life Sciences, a Mentor for the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, and is an active STEM Ambassador.
Malcolm has a joint Honours MA degree in Sociology & Politics from the University of Edinburgh
