For almost two decades, she has partnered with venture-backed start-ups, growth-stage biotechs, and global pharmaceutical organisations to appoint Board, C-suite, and senior functional leaders across therapeutic drug discovery and development.
Her work spans Europe and North America, supporting companies and their investors at critical inflection points including company formation, financing events, clinical development milestones, and commercial launches.
Jemma has a true passion for scientific research; she is a prize-winning graduate from the University of Sheffield and holds a First Class Honours degree in Biomedical Science.
Malcolm Silander

Malcolm is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Precision BioSearch.
He has built his career at the forefront of life sciences talent acquisition, playing a pivotal role in scaling four recruitment businesses across Europe and North America.
He has partnered with hundreds of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, from pre-incorporation start-ups to publicly listed organisations, across the full drug discovery, development, and commercialisation lifecycle.
He holds a Joint Honours MA in Sociology and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
Natalie Dosanjh

Natalie has almost two decades of recruitment experience in Life Sciences, including more than a decade with a blue-chip global Executive Search firm.
She has supported public and private life sciences companies with senior leadership appointments at Board, C-suite, and functional leadership levels.
Natalie has led executive search mandates in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors throughout the UK, Europe, and the US, and has partnered with scientific research institutes, academic institutions, and life sciences charities. She holds a BSc in Pharmacology from Monash University, Melbourne.
