Malcolm has dedicated his professional career to recruitment within the Life Science sector.
He has been responsible for scaling three recruitment organisations across the EU and North America, supporting hundreds of device and drug development companies.
He supports VC/PE firms in investment due diligence, is an Advisor to the University of Westminster School of Life Sciences and is an active STEM Ambassador.
Malcolm has a joint Honours MA degree in Sociology & Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
