Jemma has over 17 years’ experience in Executive Search focused exclusively within the field of therapeutic drug discovery and development.
She has supported hires at senior functional, C-suite and Board level, in addition to leading large-scale medical & commercial team builds ahead of new product launches.
She advises companies internationally, ranging from venture-backed start-ups through to publicly-listed multinationals.

Malcolm has dedicated his career to talent acquisition within the life sciences sector and has played a key role in scaling four recruitment businesses across Europe and North America.
Throughout his career, he has supported hundreds of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, from pre-incorporation start-ups through to publicly listed organisations, spanning the full spectrum of drug discovery, development, and commercialisation.
He holds a Joint Honours MA in Sociology and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.

Natalie has over 17 years of recruitment experience in the Life Sciences sector, including more than a decade spent with a blue-chip global Executive Search firm.
Her expertise spans the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries, where she has successfully supported both public and private companies in appointing senior leaders at the Board, C-suite, and functional levels. Natalie also has a strong track record of collaboration with scientific research institutes, academic organisations, and life sciences-focused charities.
She has led complex search mandates across diverse geographies, including the UK, Europe, and the US.
Natalie holds a BSc in Pharmacology from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
